JAL ABC began operations simultaneously with the opening of New Tokyo International Airport (now Narita International Airport) and has grown in step with Japan's internationalization. Currently, we provide a variety of services at four major international airports—Narita, Haneda, Chubu, and Kansai—under the motto "Making Travel More Convenient and Enjoyable." Our services include airport delivery, WiFi router rentals, automatic translation device rentals, SIM card sales, temporary luggage and coat storage, and assistance with travel applications. The number of people traveling to and from Japan, both Japanese and foreign nationals, has reached 50 million and is expected to continue increasing. As a result, the services our customers seek are becoming more diverse and sophisticated. In this environment, JAL ABC will continue to listen to our customers and stay close to their needs. By leveraging the latest technology, we aim to provide services that meet the increasingly diverse and sophisticated demands, thereby contributing to making travel more convenient and enjoyable.
